Under the bridge - RHCP

Una de las canciones mas emotivas y conmovedoras de los RHCP a mi gusto, es el segundo single de la banda y fue lanzado en el año 1991 (a llovido desde entonces). Narra la adiccion a las drogas por parte de Anthony kiedis y la profunda soledad que lo envolvio durante ese periodo de su vida, afirmando que fue uno de sus peores momentos.
En cuanto a melodia se refiere, el contraste guitarra/voz esta muy bien cuidado, dejando de lado el sello guitarra/bajo que les caracterizaba para dar paso a una voz mas suave y deprimente acompañada de una guitarra con acordes alegres en Dmayor y Emayor dando asi un papel menos "protagonico" al bajo y relegándolo a seguir la guitarra, un esplendido conjunto de notas contrastadas, majestuoso.
